I receive a number of emails that generally fall into one of the categories below. Please read the answers to these frequently asked questions below, and if you still have an inquiry, I welcome your email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I saw a picture you posted on Facebook and I want to buy a print of it, but I can’t find it on your website.
Not all images make it onto my website. Some images are different viewpoints of the same subject, so I generally only choose one image from each location, unless the composition is markedly different. If you would like a print of an image that you saw on one of my social media sites, simply email me at email@example.com with the size and finish you would like, and I can provide you with a quote.
How long will it take before I receive my print?
Within the USA, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. For international customers, please allow 4-8 weeks.
What is your return policy?
If your print is damaged upon receipt, please contact me immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 480-747-8370 so I can make arrangements for replacement.

I would like to use one of your images for our website/book cover/brochure/calendar etc.
